01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the sis6x website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible via sis6x.org.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the sis6x platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the sis6x registration and KYC process.
• "Real Money Balance" means Pakistani Rupee (PKR) funds deposited by the Player and held in their sis6x account wallet, available for real-money wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the mandatory identity and age verification process required before a Player's account becomes active for real-money play.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gaming product offered on the sis6x platform.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local law.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on sis6x, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. sis6x enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under this age to register, deposit funds, or place wagers on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or located in a Restricted Territory where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the sis6x platform or any affiliated gaming platform, and you are not subject to any active exclusion order.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of sis6x or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• All personal information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete.

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered sis6x account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery process via the sis6x login page or contact live support. Do not create a new account to resolve a login issue.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

sis6x operates under an internationally recognised gaming license and is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. You agree to provide all documentation requested by sis6x to satisfy our KYC obligations, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or other registered payment account showing your name and account number.
• Any additional documentation requested by the sis6x compliance team in connection with a specific transaction or account review.

Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts that have not completed KYC verification. sis6x reserves the right to suspend deposit, betting, and withdrawal functionality on any account pending completion of verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

sis6x accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. sis6x does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sis6x accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your sis6x PKR balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, please contact sis6x live support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been verified in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. sis6x processes withdrawal requests in order of receipt and aims to complete all verified withdrawals promptly, subject to standard compliance checks.

sis6x reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified threshold amounts. Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be included in a withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on sis6x are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. sis6x is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for crypto transactions.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

sis6x offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and tournament-specific promotions. The following general conditions apply to all sis6x bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per payment method, and per device. Circumventing this restriction by creating multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account termination.
• sis6x reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, low-risk hedging strategies, or any conduct designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming intent, sis6x reserves the right to void associated winnings and remove bonus funds from the account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the sis6x sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, event, and market. The following general rules apply across all sis6x gaming products:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the sis6x system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless the specific game or market rules expressly provide for a cash-out or early settlement option.
• sis6x reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement, where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or sporting irregularity.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary based on account status, market type, and event.
• All casino game outcomes on the sis6x platform are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The results of completed rounds are final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified platform technical error.
• Live in-play betting markets on the sis6x cricket sportsbook may be suspended at any time at sis6x's discretion, including during significant match events such as wickets, boundaries, reviews, or rain delays.
• sis6x will not be responsible for bets placed in error by the Player, including incorrect market selection, wrong stake entry, or misidentification of teams or players.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sis6x platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the sis6x platform, place wagers, or circumvent any security or compliance measure.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the sis6x platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a mechanism for disguising the origin of illicit funds.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live poker or live table game environments, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain credits, free plays, or inflated winnings. Any winnings derived from exploiting a platform error will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one sis6x account under any circumstances.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.

08 Responsible Gaming

sis6x is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable recreational activity. If gaming stops being fun and starts creating financial, emotional, or personal difficulties, sis6x provides the following tools directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which your account is suspended for real-money play.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the sis6x platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

sis6x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal offence involving the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age.
• Account found to be a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• At the Player's own written request for voluntary account closure.

In the event of account closure due to a Player breach, sis6x reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, voided wager winnings, and funds derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money balances not subject to dispute or forfeiture will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method following completion of any applicable investigation period.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting sis6x live support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance will be returned to the verified withdrawal method on record.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sis6x platform — including but not limited to the sis6x brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sis6x or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sis6x platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any sis6x content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any sis6x software or gaming application.
• Use the sis6x brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or implies endorsement without express written consent.
• Frame or mirror any sis6x page or content on any third-party website or application.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, sis6x's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming or betting activity shall be limited to the net real-money balance held in that Player's verified sis6x account at the time the liability arose.

sis6x shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any emotional distress. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether sis6x has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sis6x does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary platform unavailability. sis6x will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

12 Dispute Resolution

sis6x aims to resolve all Player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your sis6x account, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Live Support: Contact sis6x 24/7 live support via the platform chat. The majority of account queries and betting disputes are resolved at this stage, typically within a few hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If your issue is not resolved via live support, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. sis6x will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Players agree not to initiate any legal proceedings against sis6x without first exhausting the internal dispute resolution process described above.

13 Privacy & Data

sis6x collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the sis6x platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sis6x will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform lawfully and fulfil our license obligations.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sis6x holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Where any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.
